Vital Signs Performance Reports

Vital Signs are a set of national performance indicators that are used to measure how NHS organisations are performing. These indicators are based on the NHS Operating Framework and are applicable to all NHS organisations. This allows NHS Oldham to assess current performance and benchmark itself for the purpose of driving continuous improvement
