Patient Advice and Liaison Service (PALS)

NHS Oldham’s Patient Advice and Liaison Service (PALS) is a confidential service, available to anyone that wishes to use it.

We provide advice and support to help you deal with any concerns you may have about the care we provide and will guide you through the range of services available from the NHS.

We can:

• Advise and support patients, their families and carers
• Provide on-the-spot information about NHS services
• Listen to your concerns and suggestions
• Help you deal with any problems or issues quickly and without fuss
• Record any feedback or comments you have so that we can learn from your experience to improve our services
